Recommended use

Unscrew cap, remove seal & screw cap back on.

Cooked and ready to serve. Just add liquid.

Easy to mix:

  • Pour the desired amount of muesli into a bowl.
  • Stir in liquid (breast milk or formula) to desired texture.
  • Serve as is or heat in the microwave.
  • Always test the temperature before feeding.
  • Discard unfed grain.

Heating in the microwave:

  • Heat unheated liquid on medium-high (50% power) for 15-30 seconds.
  • Mix heated liquid with muesli.
  • Stir to even out the temperature.
  • Test temperature before feeding.
